API Gateway - OpenAPI Support for Endpoint Tags and Resource Descriptions

Using the get-export to OpenAPI/Swagger, results in a JSON doc that does not contain endpoint tags, nor resource descriptions specified within the API documentation. Is there a way to export this information using OpenAPI 3 standard?
