Lost MFA Access and Incorrect Phone Number on AWS Root Account

I've lost access to my MFA device (Microsoft Authenticator) after switching phones. Crucially, I am unable to complete the automated phone verification process because the phone number currently registered with my AWS root account is incorrect – it is missing one digit. I don't have any other backup MFA methods or a working way to verify via the existing registered number. I urgently need to regain access to my AWS root account.
