ability to set quality of service settings to prioritize Connect traffic

Is there a way to isolate AWS Connect traffic to something we can set in our network to prioritize it for QoS reasons? Is it all port 80/443? Are there other ways to determine Connect traffic?

Hi badgerlake,
Yes, assuming you're mostly interested in applying QoS to our Softphone audio, all the traffic flows with destination / source port 3478 UDP.
Of course, QoS is only useful when your network bandwidth is saturated, and therefore it's always advisable to keep a close eye on bandwidth utilization and engineer your network to have enough capacity. Also, public internet doesn't respect QoS setting so once the traffic makes its way outside of your network, it's just as susceptible to be dropped as any other packets.
