Restore deleted nested stack

Hi, I need to restore a nested stack that I deleted manually, I don't need the resources but the parent stack is stuck and I can't updated, there is a way that I can fix this?

I don't think a deleted stack can ever be restored. My advice would be to contact AWS Support to have them "un-stick" the parent CFN stack.
