SPF Unaligned and Unauthenticated when using Amazon SES

I have a question very similar to

DKIM is verified, the FROM is setup.
The SPF records includes SES.
v=spf1 include:_spf.mx.cloudflare.net include:amazonses.com include:spf.sendinblue.com ~all
And still I am getting this when testing with https://mxtoolbox.com/deliverability/
What am I missing?

Hello.
Looking at the results here, it appears that the SPF record has been registered correctly.
So why not check it out again?

I know it looks correct. The problem is that when I do an actual delivery (https://mxtoolbox.com/deliverability/) I get the above alignment problems. It's almost like AWS is sending from an IP that is not covered by the SPF header.
