APIs Delay or 20x High latency on JIO Fiber and JIO Network only.

I have hosted a mobile application completely on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC) and other supportive services. I have issue regarding JIO Fiber and JIO Network. My APIs getting so much delay on this internet services only. Is there anything AWS can support me. day by day my product's users experience getting worst. Thank you in advance.
