Install Deep Learning dependencies on all users

We are setting up a multi-tenant server for experimentation. The Deep Learning AMI defaults to install anaconda dependencies to ec2-user. Is it possible to install it to a global location or even better, install to all users?

Apologies for the delayed response and thank you for your patience

I am afraid to inform you that currently It is not possible for us to install the dependencies to all users since during creation, only `ec2-user` or `ubuntu` exists. We cannot install things for non existent users.

However to further discuss the use case, I would recommend you to create a support ticket with the AWS premium support and can work with the TAM and the service team to submit a feature request and discuss the possibility of implementation in future.
That said, we are always looking to make our services easier to use for our customers.
