Site & Plesk unreachable after restarts - terminal working

I was working on my site, which has been running normally for days now, and then nada. "This site can’t be reached". Tried rebooting. Stopping and restarting. I can get into the terminal okay but if I create a plesk URL and try to reach that it also fails. I thought this would be momentary, but it's been almost an hour now and it's still down.

Any ideas?

Well I hadn't set a static IP so that would explain why I can't reach my site after the stop/restart (as the IP changes), but why doesn't the Plesk work? Is there a cron job later on that updates the IP for that function?

I assume this will resolve at some point and work again. Annoying I forgot to setup a static IP for this domain right off the bat. :(
