My AWS Login is not active anymore!!

Hi,

Login is completely lost. We are not able to login with our ID. We have been clearing the bills whenever the same was posted online. But, for no reason, the login was disabled. Many of our IOT devices which work on S3 data in this link is now not usable.

Can I re-enable this?

Hello,

How are you trying to login ? Are you using your root/IAM username ? Did you try & use the console login page on the web result ? You have to either use Account number/email address registered to sign in with the password. Did you try the forgot password link ? What is the error that you are getting during login process ?

  • I am using ROOT USER Login.

    I get " There was an error An AWS account with that sign-in information does not exist. Try again or create a new account

    As you know, even to try Forget Password, I need to have the Login ID. So, this option is also not possible. Also, to Ask question, i need login, so, I have created this one more to raise a question. Is it possible that i provide my failed Login ID and Amazon check and tell me what caused account disable? And re-enable it?
