Hello

I have deleted all of the notebook instances but I still get "AWS Free Tier usage limit alerting via AWS Budgets" mail on my account exceeding 85% of the usage even though there are no instances that can exceed. I want all of the instances, notebooks, services that have a cost to be deleted.
