Not able to complete payment, need urgent support - Payment issue case is unassigned since 3 days

I want to clear my payment dues, but there is no card payment option available in the payment methods.

In my payment preferences, I have already added a credit card and it is verified. However, it shows that card payment is not compatible with my account. When I click on “Add Payment Method”, it only displays the Net Banking option.

Also if I do electronic wire transfer with RTGS to aws HSBC account that is also failing.

I have attached a screenshot for reference. I would like to clear all the pending dues, so please help enable the card payment method for my account.

AND MY CASE IS UNASSIGNED SINCE 3-4 DAYS
