Comprehend CER Internal server error

Hi, I'm trying to train a custom entity recognition model with comprehend using annotations. However I keep having a 500 interval server error, any ideas why this happens? Thanks

    Would you be able to give a few more details around this? What is the exact error message you are getting? is there a way for us to recreate it? etc.
