Can't we change timezone in Glue SCHEDULED trigger type

we have a usecase to create a Glue schedule trigger (timezone: UTC-3)

    I'm afraid you'll have to adjust the time accordingly when you create it. In my experience it's better to always use UTC and then there is no confusion with timezones or daylight saving.

Glue's time based scheduled jobs always referred in UTC only. So setup the job time as per your need. Like you want to schedule at 14 HRS in UTC-3 timezone, set it at 17 Hrs in the job.
