Preview not working

Always getting the same error message on top saying "You aren't authorized to access this service."
Any document i upload says We can't find any text

Can you verify that you are accessing this from either N. Virginia, Dublin or potentially Ohio and Oregon. If you try to access Textract from a region outside of the one where you have been provided access, you will get that message. Currently you can only access Textract within one region and its different for each user. Can you try each of these to determine which one will work for you?

Also, what day did you receive the Welcome message? If you received it on 3/4 or 3/5 you may have received it in error. If this is the case, then your real access will begin next Wednesday instead. Please let us know.
