How to increase wordpress file upload size for site migration

Hello,
I am new to amazon aws service, so please dont mind if my question is too neive.
I wanted to migrate my old Wordpress site to amazon was. I installed a bitnami Wordpress and configured domains and https. Now I want to upload my backup file through 'all in one wp migration' plug-in. However, I am only allowed to upload 80 mb file maximum.
I searched the net for solution and updated the php.ini file accordingly. Also restarted the apache server.
But still the values remain at 80 MB. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I found the solution myself.

  1. need to update php.ini
  2. restart all services. Restarting only the apache won't work.
