cost explorer for August not showing costs by tags

I have a report that totals costs by a tag called client. I run this and it shows the past 6 months. August is showing as all costs untagged, I've run the report for September and its working as expected, has something strange happened in August with tagging and/or cost explorer?

I tried the report again and its working as expected, don't know what the problem was.
