If you make changes to the main storage (D drive) using a manual method, such as adding another EBS volume, or spanning volumes and then mapping them as the D drive, your instance will be outside of the support perimeter. Please use the recommended method of upgrading your disk storage, to ensure you stay within the perimeter. You can also use NetApp ONTAP as a storage option.
