My Exam closed before 15 min and I failed

Question

Hi  Team,

I have took SAA03 on Dec 28 , 2022 and in the last 15 min of exam its freezes and exam closed.

After two days of exam I received my result as failed with border passing score.

Please do the needful and correct guidance to proceed further
