Our service uses 2FA for login using Cognito. SMS messages have stopped being sent today.

We have had SMS 2FA cognito authentication on our production app. At some point today SMS messages have stopped being received. SNS says "Message has been accepted by phone carrier" but we have tried a few logins and none of these messages has reached our phones.
