linux with graphical interface

Question

I want to use the Tor browser, but I don't want to deal with setting up the server through the console.
Please advise if there is a ready-made AMIs with a graphical interface? so that I can log into the server and use it like with Windows (open the browser, go to sites, etc.)

Most Linux AMIs do not come pre-installed with a desktop environment.  You can search for AMIs that have desktop environment from [AWS Marketpace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace), for example, from [NICE s.r.l.](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/seller-profile?id=74eff437-1315-4130-8b04-27da3fa01de1).
