how does the docker image pull work in customers instance?

We are planning to publish our application on the AWS Marketplace. We have pushed the Docker image to Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR) and deployed it on an Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) Fargate instance. Additionally, we have integrated an Application Load Balancer (ALB) into our setup. So my doubt is, after publishing our app in AWS Marketplace, how does the customer pull our docker image to their instance? Do we need to provide any permissions? How it works? is there any option where sellers shouldn't manage any services and they shouldn't get billed like how azure does in AWS Marketplace? buyers has to manage everything when they purchase the products.

I would recommend subscribing and deploying some of the free container products. There are over 200 free container image products. Bitnami products are good examples of standard open source solutions like WordPress. This will give you the best insight into how a buyer deploys a Marketplace Container product.

If you want to provide a managed service, I recommend looking at the Marketplace SaaS product type. SaaS products provide a lot of flexibility in pricing and configurations.
