How to remove Kinesis Video streams from my AWS Console account...?

Question

I set up a Kinesis Video Streams resource (or channel - what do you call it) in my AWS account, but never used it nor created a stream.
How can I completely remove this resource/channel so id no longer appears in my AWS account/console?

Two types of resources would be in your console relative to Kinesis Video Streams. 
1. Video Streams
2. Signaling Channels

These can exist in any region so I recommend reviewing all. In the console for each region navigate to Kinesis Video Streams->Video Streams AND/OR Kinesis Video Streams->Signaling Channels
Check the boxes for all of the streams you desire to delete. In the upper right click Delete. To confirm deletion, type delete in the field. Click Delete.
