Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct way to clear the remaining sends in the SES queue. The remaining sends will decrease as the 24-hour window moves forward. However, if the emails are still in an Amazon SQS queue waiting to be sent, you could potentially use the PurgeQueue method against the queue used by SES. I would suggest to contact support and explain the situation, asking for a resolution.
