SES showing '000s of Remaining sends after hack - how do we clear them?

0

Our account was hacked and used to send 50,000 emails. 39,000 are still in Remaining sends.

I can't find a way to clear them? Any ideas?

Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct way to clear the remaining sends in the SES queue. The remaining sends will decrease as the 24-hour window moves forward. However, if the emails are still in an Amazon SQS queue waiting to be sent, you could potentially use the PurgeQueue method against the queue used by SES. I would suggest to contact support and explain the situation, asking for a resolution.
