I want to one-off migrate from cpanel to AWS

Question

New to AWS, Im looking to migrate my Cpanel accounts on my existing server to AWS free tier, I no longer need cpanel providing Amazon can successfully migrate from cpanel to whatever AWS uses instead.   This is a one-off migration, done once.  Can it be done accurately and free?

Hello.

I think it is possible to migrate because cPanel is available in AWS's Lightsail service.  
However, I don't think it will be completely free since license fees will still be incurred even after migration.

There are three approachs
1. Use AWS Marketplace 
2. Use Amazon EC2 and configure cPanel server on the new instance. Transfer cPanel accounts from the existing server to the new Amazon EC2 instance. 
3. Use Amazon Lightsail
