EC2 Windows Server unexpected shutdown SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, random

0

Hi!
We have an EC2 instance running Windows Server, which is shutting down randomly, ussually once a day, no pattern detected.

It seems related to a driver, but reinstalled the AWS drivers. I'm guessing if there is a hardware problem ....not sure what that means in EC2...

I upgraded PV drivers using this instructions, but no luck https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/WindowsGuide/Upgrading_PV_drivers.html

Attached you can see both dump files, however I could not figure out what to do....could you please help?

The log says:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff800016b19df, 0xfffff88005917ed0, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 112119-15350-01.

The minidump says it's this
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)
An exception happened while executing a system service routine.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000000c0000005, Exception code that caused the bugcheck

Arg3: fffff88005917ed0, Address of the context record for the exception that caused the bugcheck
Arg4: 0000000000000000, zero.
