I apologize that you're experiencing difficulties accessing the L3 workshop link. Based on the information provided, it seems you're encountering a "page not found" error despite trying multiple browsers and clearing cache and cookies. This issue could be related to a few factors:

  1. Activation status: It's crucial to ensure that you've properly sent the activation email before attempting to access the workshop. The activation process is necessary to grant you the required permissions for the workshop resources.

  2. Link validity: There's a possibility that the link provided in the email may have expired or been changed.

  3. Regional access: Some parts of the workshop may require access from specific AWS regions. For example, certain AppStream images might only be available in particular regions like eu-central-1.

  4. Authorization issues: There could be permission-related problems preventing access to the workshop resources.

To resolve this issue, I recommend the following steps:

  1. Double-check that you've sent the activation email as outlined in the workshop instructions. This is a critical step to gain access to the necessary resources.

  2. If you've already sent the activation email and are still encountering issues, it would be best to contact the L3 workshop support team directly. You can reach out to them at aws-blu-age-l3-certification-workshop@amazon.com. Describe your problem in detail, including the error message you're receiving and the steps you've already taken to troubleshoot.

  3. Verify that you're using the most recent link provided for the workshop. If you're unsure, you may want to request a new link from the support team.

  4. Ensure you're logged into the correct AWS account that's associated with your workshop access.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, the support team will be best equipped to assist you further and ensure you can access the workshop materials.

  • Thank you for your response. The issue was actually related to my company(CTS) laptop which was not allowing me to open the L3 workshop URL when I tried to open my account from a different laptop(personal) and I was able to complete my L3 workshop.
