When attempting to update a service to a new task definition revision, the cluster and service name cannot be changed.

Steps to reproduce:

Open a task definition from https://us-west-2.console.aws.amazon.com/ecs/home?region=us-west-2#/taskDefinitions
Select a revision
Under "Actions", select "Update Service"
You now can't select the service to update
