Suggested enhancements for Glue Workflows

Hi all, I've noticed some limitations while using Glue Workflows, that I'd like to suggest or possibly hear if there are alternatives.

1. Suppose you have job C depending on both jobs A and B (CONDITIONAL trigger with ALL option), and during workflow execution A fails. After I fix whatever was causing A to fail and resume the workflow from A, it doesn't realize B was run OK before, and I can only achieve full workflow resume if I force a stop and then rerun both A and B.
2. If there was an option to execute a workflow from a certain point, it would solve not only the situation described in 1), but also other scenarios.
3. Another common feature that can help in a workflow run, is if it is allowed to mark a job for bypass.

All in all, those types of controls tend to help a lot operators and proper workflow recovery, specially when the job count scales up and you need more agility and flexibility in a production environment.
