AWS DRS Recovery Drill Instance failing to Boot with 1/2 Checks

While performing DR Drill, the launched Recovery Drill Instance is not booting. Its status check fails with 1/2 check. No Error messages in the System logs. We are launching Linux Instance. The logs show:

Tried to stop and then start, reboot the instance as well but non of these worked. We also tried to launch the instance at different time interval thinking it will work but no luck. How can we troubleshoot this issue ? We appreciate your inputs. Thank you.
