EC2 Instance Stuck In "Stopping" State

My instance i-05f159c380486d622 is stuck in "Stopping" state after several force stop requests both in the AWS console and via AWS CLI. It's and m5.4xlarge in the us-east-1 region.

Instance now shows as stopped. I'm not sure exactly when it updated it's status, but it did take over an hour.
