No access to us-east Quicksight.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to certain QuickSights dashboards. Especially for QuickSights starting with the address us-east. QuickSights addresses starting with eu-west always work. I always get an error message. It also does not work if I use different browsers. (Chrome, Mozilla, Explorer)

Doesn't it improve if you connect using a different network?  
For example, is your network's firewall blocking access to URLs such as us-east?

Hi, I tried a different network, but that didn't work either. I have 2 error messages: "Error from cloudfront" and "Error when authenticating". That is very strange, because none of my colleagues have these issues. And I need to work with these dashboards from us-east1.

No access to us-east Quicksight.
