Why are re:post suggested answers before posting a question SO BAD!!!

re:Post introduced friction to posting a question by throwing up a pop-up with very bad suggested answers to the question the customer is trying to post. Why are the suggested answers SO BAD anf NOT EVEN CLOSE to the question already entered?
Is this craptactic new tool really trying to drive customers away? If so it's working!!!
