While giving the exam today morning at 11:00AM +8 GMT of AWS Solution Architect Associate (SAA-CO3).
I was giving the exam from Pearson Vue. I used my identity card as my identification proof on which contains my long name.
And on my AWS profile my firstname is Shabil and lastname is Al-Imran only.
I didnt knew this was an issue since before this I was able to take DVA-CO1 cert exam before.
The details of the Exam which I was proceeding today morning

Im using voucher to register for the exam.
I also mailed many time to AWS Support to assist but no response , so I was not able to perform exam.
I request you to re-schedule the exam or initiate a voucher refund so that I could reused my voucher.
