Elastic Disaster Recovery - Initial Sync Error - Stuck in Connect agent with replication server - Windows 2008 R2

0

I have an issue with the initial synchronization of a Windows 2008 R2 server after installing the Elastic Disaster Recovery agent. During the installation, a warning message appears on the screen, but in the end, a message stating that the installation was successful is displayed (attached screenshot). Warning message: C:\Users\ADMINI1\AppData\Local\Temp\4_MEI931\dateutil\parser_parser.py:1189: UnicodeWarning: Unicode equal comparison failed to convert both arguments to Unicode - interpreting them as being unequal Warning Message screenshot

In the DRS console, an error is shown during the Initial Sync when it reaches the 'Connect agent with replication server' step (attached screenshot). DRS Console Error - Connect agent with replication server

The installation log doesn't show any errors and ends with the message 'INFO The AWS Replication Agent was successfully installed.'.

The replication agent log (agent.log.0) shows connection errors that start with these lines: {"message":"CLIENT: {0} connecting to replicator: {"message":"Connecting to replicator failed, retrying {"message":"CLIENT: {0} connecting to replicator: ... {"message":"Connecting to replicator failed, retrying .. {"message":"CLIENT: {0} connecting to replicator: {"message":"Connecting to replicator failed, retrying {"message":"Error creating connection... {"message":"No available tokens for peer i-******","type":"com.amazonaws.cloudendure.common.network.AuthenticationMessageSendException

This error repeats continuously.

Connectivity tests were performed, and other servers are replicating correctly; only this one has presented the problem.

If you require the installation log files or the agent.log.0 files to be shared, please let me know, and I will provide them.

Has anyone encountered this error? Is there any way to resolve it? Thank you for your assistance in advance.
