SSO set up error

Question

we created a SSO account and I just added one application to it (PagerDuty) but each time I try opening the application we get a 400 The was a bad request. I checked the configurations and they are all correct and mappings are set correctly. What might be the problem?

1. What Idp are you configuring? For example, I'm using the Okta system.
