AWS Management Console Errors

Hi all, I am experiencing a weird issue. When logging in onto my AWS Management Console, on my new surface laptop, I receive the error "Loading your customised layout failed. Try refreshing your page.". Beside this error, the widgets don't load and the cloud shell does not work.

This happens only on my new device, from my other laptop everything works fine.

By checking the web page errors in the inspector I see a lot of 403 errors.

I am using my mobile phone as hotspot and no VPN or antivirus is active as far as I know.
