Controlling the number of customers dialed per Available Agent in a Predictive Dialer campaign.

0

Hello,

We are using Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns for our auto-dialing efforts, using the predictive dialer feature. Our current configuration is:

Agent bandwidth allocation: 100% Dialing capacity: 100%

Everything is working well with this setup. However, we have a specific requirement:

Is it possible to control or set the exact number of customers that the predictive dialer attempts to call per available agent? If direct control isn't possible, are there any best practices or workarounds to influence the dialing rate per agent?

Our goal is to manage the dialing pace more precisely. We understand that in some predictive dialers, you can set an abandon rate and specify that the system should call, for example, 2, 3, or 4 customers per available agent.

We have already created a store/queue list with an outbound pacing configuration that defines how many customers to call based on the store or queue. We'd like to implement this pacing strategy within Amazon Connect.

Thank you, Lautaro

import React from 'react';

class ErrorBoundary extends React.Component {
  constructor(props) {
    super(props);
    this.state = { hasError: false };
  }

  static getDerivedStateFromError(error) {
    return { hasError: true };
  }

  componentDidCatch(error, info) {
    // Log error details to an error reporting service
    console.error("ErrorBoundary caught an error", error, info);
  }

  render() {
    if (this.state.hasError) {
      return <h1>Something went wrong.</h1>;
    }
    return this.props.children;
  }
}

export default ErrorBoundary;
