Agents can only consume Amazon Q in Connect if their security profiles grant them permission to do so. Start by looking at the agent profiles. This way you can see which agents have access.

This granularity of usage data can be found by enabling AWS Data Exports in the AWS Billing and Cost Management console.
AWS Data Exports enables you to create billing and cost management data exports using basic SQL, and visualize your billing and cost management data by integrating with Amazon QuickSight.

I am curious if there’s any other way to unique identify a single agent who is using Q? Any logs that would show this?
