PA-API Limited? Desperately Need Help!

0

Hello,

I have access to the Product Advertising API and I have been setting up my system. My access code and secret key work in most countries, but they won't work in Australia, or Belgium. I did the exact same thing I did with the other countries and they work fine.

It seems like it just won't connect. I followed the documentation and use the correct host/region/marketplace, etc. I was approved on the US marketplace. For example, let's say that I log-in to my Canadian associates central, I can see sales there from the API. In the API section of the Canadian associates central I can see the same access Access Key ID, but it is greyed out and says "inactive", although it still works and the sales get logged to the Canadian store fine.

It looks the exact same in the Australian associates central, the same Access Key ID is in the API section, grayed out and it says "inactive". Although when I make an API call it doesn't work. I know there is an issue with the account and not just my custom code (which I know is sound) because it gives me the same error in Scratch Pad when I use the toggle for the Australian Marketplace. The error says:

Error! TooManyRequests The request was denied due to request throttling. Please verify the number of requests made per second to the Amazon Product Advertising API.

This happened in the US one as well, but after a few days it started working fine. The Australian one on the other hand has been a significant amount of time now, so it can't be that.

I am wondering if anyone has seen this, and how you go about getting the API access keys activated on the Australian store, since it is already there somehow, just not active. The problem is that the Australian support does not answer. Furthermore, the US support is just horrendous, don't even get me started on that.

Any help is much appreciated! Thanks.
