If your current sending quotas aren't adequate for your needs and AWS haven't automatically increased them, please request an increase. Few ways to do this:
A self-serve way is described in User requested increased sending quotas
Alternatively, you can open a AWS Support case by visiting the AWS Support Center and create a case by clicking 'Create case'.
