This error is likely related to the S3-5102 error code in the Amazon S3 connector for Amazon Q Business, which indicates "The ACL file is not found in the given path."

When configuring the Amazon S3 connector for Amazon Q Business, you have the option to specify an ACL (Access Control List) file location. This file contains permissions that determine who can access which documents. If you've specified an ACL file location in your configuration but the system cannot find the file at that location, you'll receive this error.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Verify that the ACL file exists at the location you specified in your configuration
  2. Ensure the path to the ACL file is correct
  3. Check that the IAM role used by Amazon Q Business has permissions to access this file

Alternatively, if you don't need to use ACLs for your documents, you can choose not to include the ACL configuration file location in the "Advanced settings" under "Sync scope" when configuring the Amazon S3 connector. This will allow you to sync documents without ACLs.

After making these changes, try syncing your data source again.
