AWS Private Certificate Authority - certificate request is still Pending. 2 days passed and the status is still pending. Is it normal, or how many days will it take to be issued?

We have ML modules in other cloud providers and our company domain is registered in AWS. To make it secure and the same domain as other ML modules which are in the other cloud, we requested a private certificate.! Enter image description here
