AWS ROOT ACCOUNT: It's possible to edit email/password of root account ?

I would like to know if it's possible to change the email/password/MFA of root account without any problem ?

Yes, you can change the Email/password/mfa of root user without any issues.

MFA: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/security/reset-your-aws-root-accounts-lost-mfa-device-faster-by-using-the-aws-management-console/  
  
Just make sure you have access to that email address and MFA device.
