Enable IAM Access Analyzer to delegated admin account error: Access Analyzer Service Linked Role is not in the organizational management account

Hi,
in my organization root account, i have delegated admin to a security account and enabled the access analyser
When i go to my security account and try to enable access analyzer with the org setting. i get the error:
Access Analyzer Service Linked Role is not in the organizational management account
