During sign-up i initially navigated back and account suspended

-1

Hello — I was signing up for a new AWS account with this email. During sign-up I initially selected the free account plan, then navigated back to switch to the paid plan. The flow logged me out, and after signing back in the console shows the account as suspended. I believe the interrupted sign-up triggered this. Could you please reactivate the account so I can complete sign-up on the paid plan? I'm happy to re-verify my payment method or identity. I'll use the account for Amazon SES (transactional authentication emails for my mobile game, valeriongame.com). Thank you.

I understand you're experiencing an account suspension issue after navigating back during the sign-up process. Account suspensions during or shortly after sign-up can occur for various reasons as part of AWS's automated security and verification processes.

To resolve this situation, you'll need to contact AWS Support directly through the AWS Support Center. Here's what you should do:

  1. Sign in to the AWS Management Console and navigate to the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/
  2. Create a new support case under the "Account and billing support" category
  3. Explain the situation clearly, including that the suspension occurred during sign-up when you navigated back to change your plan selection
  4. Mention that you're ready to complete any additional verification steps needed

The AWS Support team will be able to review your specific account situation and help you complete the sign-up process properly. They can verify your account details and assist with reactivation if appropriate.

Since this is an account-level issue that occurred during registration, only the AWS Support team has access to the account systems needed to investigate and resolve the suspension. They'll work with you to ensure your account is properly set up for your intended use case.
