AWS Control Tower in GovCloud

Question

We are moving our product into AWS GovCloud to support a FedRAMP initiative. We traditionally utilizing Control Tower to support our private tenant environments and create new organizations/accounts as well as other controls. What is AWS's recommendation to do the same without Control Tower in the GovCloud environment?

The above answer has been deprecated and now the guidance is to use Landing Zone Accelerator on AWS.
