AWS PearsonVUE CCP Exam Cancelled without reason - Looking for Refund or Reschedule

Hello

My exam scheduled on PearsonVUE  was cancelled abruptly in just less than 5 min withoot warning. Later I come to know reason for cancellation was that I was away from exam. I was never away from Camera. Also exam started almost after 60 min of scheduled time. I am looking for rescheduling the exam or refund , but no one is helping from PearsonVUEand have very bad customer  experience and significant wait time to speak with any agent.

Please help to resolve my issue. Also i got no response for ticket I opened for same issue with AWS
