Elastic IP suddenly retrieve "This request has been administratively disabled."

I have had my account working for more than 3 months, Yesterday I kept doing the same things, and suddenly all the operations related to Elastic IP stopped working. Allocate, Release, Associate, Disassociate, and retrieve the following error: "This request has been administratively disabled."

I have been paying users for 3 months, and still, AWS customer support doesn't help me, and they forwarded me here. Does anyone know what I could do? I reset my AWS credentials, I used my root account, I tried even to use the AWS console from the website, and keep receiving the same problem.

This error is due to an abuse report implicating resources on this account. For this error, the AWS Trust and Safety team must investigate. Please send an email to ec2-abuse@amazon.com. Also ensure you email this address from your root account's email address, and the AWS Trust and Safety team will resolve this issue.
