No response from support reagarding account verification issue on verified account — cannot do simple CF activation for my project

My AWS account displays as "verified" in billing console, but I'm unable to access EC2 or S3 services. When attempting to use these services, I get redirected or receive access denied errors.

I opened a support case 6 days ago and no answer. ID — ***************
