Network Throughput for EC2 instance

I have a database which is around 2 TB in size and I want to host on cloud. We have zeroed down on r6.2xlarge instance. However I came to know it only offers a burstable throughput and not a sustained throughput. So when I will do the backup of this instance it will run out very quickly and instance performance will drop.

Is there a link which I can refer to which instances offer sustained and which offer burstable throughput.
